Over filled oil - damage?

I had a mb dealer change my oil service A at 10k. Driving away a ~mile I saw smoke out of Exhaust pipe and engine was missing and quickly pulled over. The Mb suv smelled like bad burnt rubber and the dealer Towed it back.

What kind of long-term damage can happen to this 2021 SUV with only 10,000 miles on it ?
