No start

Having a issue with my 2010 Chevy HHR Lt flex fuel. Car ran fine rained for 2 days shut the car off come back out next morning to go to work try to start the car nothing dashboard lights flickering gauges glitching battery is fine starter turns over with relay fuel pump not turning on security system off and working fine lights turn on just no start.
