First owner of a 2015 Highlander, just over 60k miles. Oil observed under the engine, no oil on garage floor. The service department at a Toyota dealer gave a quote of $5000 for front cover resealing. Leave as it is or need to be fixed ASSP? Where to fix it? Any suggestions? Thanks.

The labor time guide estimates it to be 23.6 hours. The engine needs to be removed in order to remove the timing cover. I suspect the estimate isn't for just resealing the cover. Are they planning on servicing the timing components while this is apart?
