!!!!!!!!help looking finding a used SUV or MINI van plz!!!!!!!!!

i am looking for a safe reliable SUV or mini van (preferably with third row seating in SUV's) but if the price is right ill settle for no third row. My first choice is an SUV second choice min van. I have three children ranging different ages so having space is a BIG plus. I live in Cleveland Ohio (44135) and my budget is under 18,000 as of right now i have about 2000 to put down (will have close to 3000 if it takes weeks to find right car) and do not want to go over 400 in payments each month if possible, seeing as though I have not so great credit (rebuilding though) idk if this is doable?!? help?
