Intermittent Grey/Light Blue Smoke, Can't Accelerate

After a tune-up, valve cover and ignition coil replacement, white/light blue smoke came out the exhaust and the car had trouble accelerating to 70. The 1st mechanic then the dealership couldn't find what's causing the issue. Same issue occurred again a week later, but I couldn't get to 45. Note: In-between this, I had in-town and long distance interstate drives with no problem. On 2nd round w/ the dealership said they experienced the issue I had, but still couldn't find the cause. Any advise is appreciated.
