Cannot find torque converter bolts anywhere!
No parts store can help me. A torque converter bolt came loose and got caught in the flywheel and tore everything all to hell. Got another motor and am installing it. Found some bolts that fit, had to trim them down... I would rather have the bolts that are meant for the job so I can make sure to torque them properly. I cannot find the proper torque converter bolts anywhere. The nearest salvage yard that has one is 2.5 hours away and they can't even tell me if the transmission is still in it or not. Any tips or experience on this is appreciated.
