260 mile range simply doesn't work for a vehicle expected to provide transportation to places like mountains, beaches and other destinations without ample electric recharging infrastructure yet. Should be a hybrid. A loser for the near future.

Electric is a joke, why do these car companies play these games, if you cant charge in under 5 min and go over 300 miles its a toy. I love VW , but EV is not the way.

I like to feel good about not destroying the mountains/beaches I am visiting. Plus not destroying all humanity is a plus too

as a owner Of a Zero, I cannot wait. 260 miles is PLENTY of range for 90% of the time. Ill keep my Sienna for the longer trips

EV loose rang by a lot if you tow or have weight like kids and camping gear.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mmQJUW-VyRY They need to make EVs with stations that you can replace the batteries instead of charging. Fast charging on any battery will wear it out.

Something to consider for all those who seem hesitant because of the range issues with electric vehicles--the country is going to build up our electric vehicle charging infrastructure, sooner rather than later. The more we support these ideas, the sooner it happens--good chance for a wonderful positive feedback loop (instead of the doom spirals we as a species seem intent on entering).
