Dodge Challenger questions

I always loved the Dodge Challenger. For their looks and speed, I would love to own a hellcat or a scat pack version around 2008 and up. Is someone able to tell me which is the best for its money, and what is the difference between Hellcat and Scat Pack?

Thanks!

Hellcat is 6.2 liter supercharged 707hp or 717hp depending on the year. Scat packs 485hp 6.4 engine. Scat pack is probably the best bang for buck but hellcat is most fun imo. I’ve had both and after having a hellcat I can’t go back to a scatpack.

So for now I would probably go with the scatpack. Now, what is the best year or age? I don't want it the newest. The oldest is a 2008 how is that car? I still love the look of the oldest too.
