What car emergency items are needed?

Hi

I just saw a video of a dog that was barely saved from a car on fire. Nobody had a fire extinguisher.

What is needed in a car for safety and might save lives?

Fire extinguisher (Obviously)
First aid kit
A hammer to break the glass if you can reach it?
A sharp object to cut seatbelts that I have heard get jammed (I know you got to be able to reach it.)

What else would you recommend?
