Rust on Rotors: Resurface or Replace?

The car makes a grinding noise when initially applying the brakes, but the noise seems to fade as the day goes on.

Any advise would be appreciated, thank you!

Replace them. The corrosion is also in the cooling fins in the center of the rotor and that can lead to pulsation issues in a short period of time.
