All warning lights on

After having my starter replaced when I got my car back from the shop all of my warning lights are on including the 4x4 light and my climate controls do not work ( no power to unit). Prior to starter replacement everything worked and no lights were on. What could possibly have happened? Engine runs extremely rough now and has a definite decrease in power

    It finally just went out. It had been getting weak and finally gave up

    ?? Do you mean the alternator wasn't charging and now the battery is dead?

    No there is no problem with alternator or battery. Starter motor burnt out and new starter was installed
