    So, where does the electricity come from? California's grid is already expensive and unreliable. Unless the plan is to convert 100% to Solar, Wind, and Hydro this is not about lower emissions or Clean Air. The taxpayers will foot the bill as electricity prices soar. Add in the lack of material for EVs batteries and you have a logistical nightmare.

    EVs need to compete to expand. Today they are not competitive in price or time wasted charging. Another really bad Calf policy.
