Missing heated seats, parking sensors etc.

Bought our 2022 Tahoe RST Diesel in April missing heated seats, heated steering wheel and proximity sensors. at the time of purchase, GM / Dealer said the missing features will be sent to the dealer by Q2 2022. Still no word. Dealer says to call GM and GM says to call dealer. Does anyone have any actual insight into this?
