When was the last time you checked the dash for tire pressures? Is it possible that the batteries in the wheels have run out of juice, but you didn't notice them failing one by one?

It's possible that the Highlander doesn't support displaying the pressure on the dash and may only generate a warning lamp with a low tire, or a flashing light with one or more inactive sensors.

I appreciate your response, but we have always had this 5 tire pressure display on the dash as long as as we've had the vehicle. Note- there is also a warning light on that is associated with the tire pressure.
Again, I have checked the pressure in all 5 tires and they are correct.
Could this be a fuse related or wiring connection problem?

Has anyone attempted a system retrain with a TPMS tool? (Which would also confirm that the sensors are operational)

Are there any codes set in any modules?

What does the display actually show right now?
