Town And Country Starter issues.

So the starter in my 08 T&C went out a couple weeks ago, no big deal. I replaced the starter, and it turned over and ran like a top for about 4 to 5 days. The wife went to go start it one day before work and it wouldn't turn over. I checked the connections and everything seemed ok, i had some issue with the Single wire that sends signal from the ignition switch during install so i replaced the connector. Still nothing. The positive terminal on the battery has slighty risen out of the housing, ever so slightly, and i know that needs to be replaced for safety reasons, although i have checked with a multimeter and it is still supplying 12V to everything. Here is a list of things i have checked/tested since it wont start. What am i missing:
-Removed starter and took back to Advanced Auto, when tested works like a charm
-Tested Both the main power and ignition wire voltage with mm on the starter, both getting 12v
-Replaced Both Starter Fuses inside the box underneath the hood
-Have tried starting in Neutral thinking possible neutral safety switch failure, no start

I have replaced everything in this system other than the Battery, Neutral safety switch and the ignition switch. Not sure where to go from here other than a tow and a huge bill at the local dealership. Any help is appreciated!
