CX-9 Liftgate trunk not opening

Liftgate not opening either reacting at all when pressing key fob button or pressing the open button under the wheel. When I press open, it beeps one time. No other movement.

All of the diagnostics with this system start with a capable scan tool and then relies on direct testing of components. Power to the Rear Body Control Module (drivers side luggage Compartment) comes from the D Lock fuse 25A in the fuse block in the left side of the dash.
