Pt cruiser 08 brake problems

Hey guys, I recently had brakes put on the back. It's been over a month ago. Today I was driving it and a low sound like something was rubbing against something else was loud. Eventide I stopped it sounded like it slowed down with the stop. I pressed the gas it sped up. The sound is coming from my rear side it sounds like. Left tire. Can anybody give me advice what it could be? Possibly
