    It's not a "race car" it's a high performance Civic with the Turbo (not a Type-R) as the Si line has always been...Once again the auto bloggers are missing the point. The Civic Si started out as a MT and was never offered as AT, it's a niche car, not for everyone. Yes it's aggravating in traffic with a MT as I am in SoCal I agree. I am 6 months into my 2022 Si and the noise is not that bad. Isn't that what the infotainment system is for? I love mine in Blazing Orange Pearl. Guess what I held on to my 2007 Si Sedan with 269K as I still love that car too in a different way. Nostalgic is the best word to use. As a driver you feel more engaged with the engine and transmission compared to "modern day" car...
