Watching the video, it appears as if the axle shaft bearing support is moving. I'm not sure if it is, or if it's just a camera angle trick. When trying to identify a noise the video and sound are enough to start testing, but really not sufficient to try and say what is wrong here. Is the noise described always present or does it disappear at a higher speed? If I was investigating this, I would be using a stethoscope or my chassis ears tool to try and prove the origin of the noise.
