unable to remove rounded off bolts

Hi folks,

On a disk/brake job on a 2012 500 model 1.4 L, I am unable to remove the calliper holder bolts. It is a 13 mm bolt but rounded off. I have tried a torch the an ungrip stuff along with a vise grip tool without succes.

any idea?

    There is not enough space to use a socket
