Experiencing Strange Engine Noise in My Honda Civic – Any Ideas?

I've got a 2019 Honda Civic EX with about 40,000 miles on it, and recently, I've been hearing this strange noise coming from the engine. It's hard to describe, but it's like a rattling or ticking sound, especially when I accelerate. It's been worrying me, and I'm not sure what it could be.
I've been maintaining my car regularly, following the recommended service schedule, and there haven't been any issues until now.
