Used truck for towing

I saw a used 2019 Silverado that is listed $5000 under blue book. It has the 5.3V8 with 10 speed transmission. I see there are a lot of complaints on the GM 8 speed and 10 speed transmissions during this time frame including class action suits. Anyone with experience with the GM 8 speed or 10 speed for towing? Any other suggestions for most reliable tow truck for 7500# travel trailer under $30K?
