Bad water pump on the '05 Xb ?

So I'm changing out the two serpentine belts on my buddy's 2005 Xb and the first thing I notice when I'm looking down through the top, hood open, is that there looks to be a pulley misaligned just below the alternator. But as I'm unfamiliar with the engine I can't tell which one it is. I watch a couple videos on how to change the two belts out just to make sure there aren't any issues with the job. Looks fairly simple. When I get the tension off the alternator up top and remove the first larger belt coolant starts to pour from the same pulley that looked misaligned earlier. Here's what pulley it was coming from (just to the right of the green line) ...

Am I right thinking the pulley the coolant is coming from is the water pump pulley? I'm fairly sure it is but can't find any confirmation on the net just yet.

If so, what's it gonna take to change the water pump out? The first video I pulled up on it shows removing engine mounts and dropping the engine down.

It's only a 1.5hr job by the flat rate guide. Removing the front mount might help a little for access. To do the replacement you will need a tool to help hold the pulley while you unbolt it from the pump, and then replace the pump.
