Are there any cars with FRONT cross traffic monitoring?

Getting older... arthritis in my neck, eyes are going, just not as observant as I would like. It would be great if a system like the one that warns me if there are any cars coming when I back up existed, only in front of me when pulling away from a stop sign. I "think" I saw one in a Ford Flex 10 years ago and couldn't imagine why anyone would want it. Now I know. Does it exist?

Yes, such a system does exist. Modern vehicles offer advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) that include features like forward collision warning and blind-spot monitoring, which can help with visibility issues when pulling away from a stop. These systems use sensors and cameras to alert you of potential hazards in front of or beside your vehicle.
