Car shuts off at stops lights and stop signs sometimes.

I have a 2017 hyundai elantra gt and I recently got a new engine put into my car. Since the new engine my car randomly shuts off at complete stops. My car has been to the dealer twice and because they can't duplicate the problem and no codes are showing they say nothing is wrong with the car. Any help

There isn't a whole lot we can do like this either, but what we can do is help try and narrow the focus. When it does stall approximately how long or how far has the car been driven before it happens?
What is the weather like, hot, cold, raining, or does that not seem to matter?
When it stalls does it shut down like you turned it off, or does it try to keep running, maybe misfiring or surging as it stops?
Does it start right back up easily or is it hard to start?
How much time goes by between events? A day? A couple days? A week? More?
Does it matter what accessories are turned on such as defrosters or AC?
Does there seem to be any correlation to a refueling event as in does it happen right after getting gas or if the tank is low?


Are there any other details other than what is in the list above that you can think of that could help the technician get the problem to be more likely to occur?
