Water dripping from tail pipe GMC Yukon

I WENT OUT TO WARM THE CAR AND WHEN I LOOKED OUT I SAW WAER DRIPPING OUT OF THE TAIL PIPE, IT WAS NOT LIKE IN MASSIVE AMMOUNTS BUT ENOUGH TO LEAVE A LINE OF NOTICEABLE WATER. THE TEMP HERE AT THE TIME WAS 21 DEGREES, BEING A WOMAN, i WAS ALWAYS TOLD THAT WATER LEAKING OUT OF THE TAIL PIPE IS A SIGN OF BIG MOTOR PROBLEMS!! PLEASE HELP!! WHAT COULD THIS BE? 2OOO YUKON

To put it in perspective, the interior surface area of your exhaust pipe is comparable to the surface area of a large windshield. When the temperature falls below freezing, condensation will form a layer of frost inside the exhaust pipe thicker than the layer of frost you might see on your windshield.
When the pipes warm up, the frost layer melts and drips out the back end.
