How in the world do these relays come out?

I have removed the Relay Box - Mitsubishi (8565A261) from the mount and taken off both upper and lower covers. How in the world do you remove the actual relays in the box? Trying to pull/force them out with tools only damaged relay shell. Is there some sort of locking mechanism or clip that I am not seeing that keeps those relays locked in place?

Do you have a real photo of the relays in the box? Mitsubishi does not list a specific tool from what I can see in service information. I have about a dozen different tools for removing/installing relays. I'm not sure which one to recommend without actually seeing what you are dealing with. It's common for the terminals to be tight enough that just using a pair of pliers damages the relay case.
