How do I replace the bracket that holds the rack and pinion on my Olds ?

I have a 2000 Olds Alero. On my way to work I suddenly felt like I had no steering control. I pulled over, got myself together and carefully made it back home. From what we've seen the rack and pinion seems to lift up off its bracket when I steer to the right. The bolt is gone and I believe one side of the bracket broke off. It's so hard to see it all using just Jack's. We don't own a lift. Does someone have a diagram or a website I can go to to see the set up clearly please ? I can't find anything useful at all. Thank you

The "brackets" that hold the steering rack are part of the cradle assembly. If they have rusted off you need to replace the cradle.
