Help identify relay and wiring

I'm looking to identify these wires from the 2 replays and also a wiring (i know one is ground but to where?) from by the brakes. Thanks!

    The ground cable from the body to the strut that is missing was there because the tire can generate static electricity and if enough potential builds int the strut and knuckle and then finally arcs, things can get damaged.

    I'll need more information about the relays, is there something on the car that isn't working?
