My Dashboard and Infotainment System Lights Stopped Working

I have a 2003 GMC Envoy SLE. Recently, the lights for the odometer, dashboard, and infotainment system, like the stereo, have stopped working. The devices work perfectly fine and will show how fast I'm going. The stereo works, but it's completely dark. I checked the manual and replaced the 42 fuse, but no luck. Any ideas?

All of the instrumentation lamps are powered by an output from the body computer. The best way to start diagnosing this problem is with a professional level scan tool that would show the body computer inputs and would be capable of commanding the lights on with bi-directional controls.
