Help identify vintage auto year make model

Can anyone identify this vintage auto’s year make and model? Photo was taken by docks in Ireland.

    I thought those small lights on the front fenders would be a hint, but when I searched for ‘1925 British cars’ LOTS of them have those lights.

    The windshield chrome is unique and may be the key here. No doubt it a British car from a few years either way from 1930. I find the Rover 10 has a similar windshield and general body proportions:

    I think you got it, Fin. The window frame, the fabric covered body, the radiator shell, even that chrome dome between the front door and the hood.
