VSC OFF Flashing & Trac Light On After Steering Angle Sensor Replacement (No Check Engine light)

Hello all!
I’m having an issue with my 2010 Toyota Corolla S after replacing the steering angle sensor (SAS). Originally, the SAS was malfunctioning and causing CAN Bus communication issues. My dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree, and I lost:
Current Issue:
Now, the "VSC OFF" light is flashing, and the Traction Control (Trac) light is constantly on. The traction control button doesn't respond when pressed.
Also, I experienced a weird one-off issue:
At a red light, I released the brake and hit the gas; but the car didn’t respond at all. The brake pedal felt stiff, like it wasn't fully releasing. The car slowly crept forward as if just in Drive without throttle. I pulled the handbrake, restarted the car, and it went back to normal. This happened once about two weeks ago and hasn’t occurred since. I thought it could be related to the VSC/Trac issue.
A mechanic suggested it could be an ABS sensor, but I’m planning to get a second opinion. For what it’s worth, I never had these lights or issues before the original SAS failed.

- Speedometer & tachometer functionality
- Power steering
- AC cooling (due to no temp signal being sent)
