Mazda CX-7 Emission Standards

Do you know if CX-7's for sale in MI or MA meet NY state emission standards? Unless I am wrong, NY is (or will be) adopting California emission standards.

I am thinking of driving to either MI or MA since I can't seem to be able to get a reasonable offer from dealerships in NY.

I think it'll be okay, but I just wanted to be sure..

The CX-7 is a 50-state emission vehicle. As far as standards go, you won't have a problem but I don't know what taxes or fees your state will assess.
