Replacing Toyota Land Cruiser Carpets

Other than $800 for new LC carpets, I've thought of removing carpets and spraying with spray bedliner material in tan, any thoughts. How hard is it to take out all of the seats and carpet? I've no wet problems, just strange odors and wear from 10 years of use.

A thought. Remove and thoroughly clean the carpets and rub down every exposed area where the carpet was with some sort of anti-fungal/anti-bacterial agent. Got the interior of my 80 thoroughly soaked when a 5 gallon water bottle's cap came off (don't ask!). I pulled the seats and all the carpeting out and did the above and she was good to go after about 3 days of drying out.
