Heated Exterior Mirrors

The 08 Outlander XLS 4wd is supposed to have heated exterior mirrors? Can any new owner confirm this? Do they turn on and off with the rear defogger switch?

    The side view mirrors are heated on all trims. I can confirm that both side view mirrors are activated when the rear de-froster is selected.
