kia sportage number plate lights

how do you get the number plate lights of from the rear bumper off a 1997 kia sportage??? I need to replace them due to MOT failure

    yes it does and it doesnt you see the cable to the lights is dead as i found out today so the whole bumper has to come off so i can find which direction the cable goes so i can try and repair that.............i love my sporty !!! :)

    As for the bumper removal proceedure well........where the hell do you start?

    I would be most greatful of any help anyone can give me
