Fuel injector replacement on my 05 Ford Expedition?

I received a card from Ford in the mail about 8-9 months ago regarding the fuel injectors on my 2005 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer (non 4x drive model.) It said I needed to take it in and have them replaced. I didn't have time to do it then and I wasn't experiencing a problem, but now I am and I can't find that card that came in the mail since I moved since then. The info doesn't come up as a recall when I do a search online. Does anyone have this info? Thanks!

    did you ever get an answer? I'm having to replace fuel injectors which caused me to stall on a busy Interstate. I never received any "recall" postcards, and yet Ford doesn't show this as a recalled item on their website.

    She has posted 4 times in 4 years, so the likelihood of getting an answer is pretty slim. And this thread is 16 months old.
