Cant emphasize enough what a great upgrade this thing is. Handles and feels like a big car to drive and the acceleration is similar to to a fast car too at 6.2 sec 0-60. Had an 2006 M45 sport and this reminds me of it somewhat, Great job Infiniti, this thing rocks
12k/year
money factor .00220 (5.2%) for both 36 and 39 months
resid 57% for 36 mths
resid 56% for 39 mths
they have a $600 dealer acq fee, 205 lease fee & $5 tire fee
i ordered the car black obsidian/graphite leather w/mocha burl trim with the theater package and deluxe touring package. the car came in with the technology package also.
msrp around $73k (my notes are at work) lease price was about $1155 for 39 and $1210 for 36. without the technology package should bearound $1165 for 36 and $1110 for 39.
residual sounds like a real good number, but the money factor seems a little high.
Good luck with the car, let me know how you like it when delivered!

upgraded to an '11 black qx with theater and deluxe touring (4WD) -- $923 for 39 months /12k per year. $39 a month more for a car that costs 10 grand more than the '08!
Quoted a selling price of $58.8 on an MSRP of $61.9. First payment due at signing. 39 mo. /10k miles per year. Lease payment is $809. Is this a good lease deal? Trying to back into the numbers they are quoting and need money factor and residual.
Looking for the QX56 RWD money factor and residual for 36mo/12k in northern CA.
Thanks!

2011 4 WD QX56 w/theater package

Negotiated Price: 62,245
Residual: 35,499.75
Money Factor is .001800
Inception fee (down payment) 1st month, bank fee, DOC fee, Tire Waste Fee, Title, etc.: $1900

The lease is a little higher than I hoped, just wondering if you had any ideas or this deal looks solid. Thanks so much. DJ from NJ
Truecar.com price for a car with MSRP of $65240 is $61636....which is still a pretty significant markup above Invoice.
In the alternative, $3,000 down then $1,150 (with tax) for QX 56 with Entertainment only, 12k per year for 48 months.
Is rolling this negative equity into a lease a bad deal?
Can you update August Residual and money factor for 36 mo. 12k miles on whichever model they are promoting.
Thanks

Would you happen to know MF and RV for a 2011 QX56 4WD but for 39 months with 12,000 mi/yr or 10,000 mi/yr?
Thanks,
This is been a lot of help
The residual value for a lease with only 10,000 miles per year would be 1% higher.

In a previous post you said for 36 mo the RV was 54%, is it the same for 39 months?
Also, can you provide for September as well? (sorry about the bother)
36 - 12k = 55%
39 - 12k = 54%
Add 1% if you go to 10k per year!
IFS' September buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 39 month lease of a 2011 QX56 4WD with 15,000 miles per year are .00170 and 52%.
The numbers for an otherwise identical lease of a 2012 model are .00220 and 53%.

can you run these lease figures? I have and can't seem to come up with what the dealer is coming up with for a 2012 QX56 RWD:
MSRP 63560
negotiated price 59587
MF 0.00152
55% residual
36 month/12K mi/yr
document fee 449
Acquisition fee 700
registration 1050
dealer add ons 260
tax rate of 9.1%
He comes up with Monthly payment of 907.56 inclusive of tax
but I keep coming up with around 981.78
I know I should be happy with lower amount but I do want to be sure there are no "surprises" at closing time.
Any thoughts/suggestions?
thanks
