Are you in the market for a new and having difficulty finding an affordable or entry-level model in your budget? Or are you finding yourself shifting to the used-car market due to high new-vehicle prices?

Chevy Cavalier LS brakes
I drove my '95 Cavalier fine yesterday (32,000 miles only) and went to go out last night and within 5 min. of driving the brakes just WENT...they went nearly to the floor, i had very little control, heard a noise when i stepped on them and it was very frightening trying to get back home safely. Is this normal and what do you think it will involve? (Cost wise also?)

I'm hoping someone can help me determine the cause.
To the above poster, I don't know why but it seems most mechanics don't get the serpentine belt on right (size), on the Cavaliers, my bet it the shaking is from that.
Thank You
