How is the 2006-2008 Lexus RX 350 in the snow?

I am considering purchasing a RX350, but would like to know how the AWD model performs in the Northeastern PA snow storms? Any shared experiences are appreciated.

    I am in the market for a SUV capable of transporting two medium sized dogs. I am very attracted to the quality and refinement of the Lexus RX350, but want to ensure I am on the right track. Has anyone used this car for their dogs?

    Sure have! We have a 2005 RX 330 and our dog (65 pound Norwegian Elkhound) rides in it with us almost everywhere we go! We also take our dog and our daughter and son-in-law's dog (50 pound husky-mix), together...works great with the rear seats folded down and even when they need to remain up.
