    For the second straight year, Porsche ranked highest in initial quality among all brands, with the fewest problems. Jaguar came in second in the nameplate ranking... There shall always be an England! On Britania, pace with grace.

    Seems odd since pretty much every car and truck GM has built in the past couple of years has been through a recall
