The dealer says the headlights are adjusted correctly but high beam is not good, how can I correct this?

Not good in what respect, not bright enough ?
Yes not bright enough on high beam.
In fact oncoming traffic don't ask me to dim them when approaching. Can I get different bulbs?
Over time headlight bulbs tend to dim (before they fail). You could try just replacing them with similar bulbs or replace with brighter ones (just be aware the brighter ones may very well not have as long a life).
