    Mazda has a solid value for enthusiasts with the new 3. The i-Eloop is interesting, but basically useless. Why not use the cash to get 15,000 miles worth of gas?

    The most significant new standard feature in the Mazda3 i SV is the 2.0l SkyActiv I4 instead of the 2.0l MZR, with the associated 6-speed manual and automatic transmissions instead 5-speed--more power and torque as well as better fuel economy. With the other added equipment, probably well worth an additional $245 retail.
