    Definitely worth the effort. Not a foolproof way to avoid a lemon, but does have value. The used car lot is where many dealerships make the highest profits.
    The advent of the internet has virtually eliminated massive over- paying when it comes to new vehicles & in a limited way used as well.
    Buyer beware is still the best guideline.

    good idea, terrible name. It sounds like it will have a listing of all the body fluids found in the car.
