  I have a F30, 2012 my under the hood ID is CBMXV02.0N26. My car is cert as a smart way vehicle. but because the EP Agency hasnt updated there system. My car does not qualify in the smart way program. I just search there website and a new report just came out on aug 2012, Annual Certification Test Results & Data.

  I found my car ID in it. Now im waiting on a call back from the agency to fix this mess.
