    Yeah mys sister called me the other day and said her wipers looked higher than normal when off. Figured out they were in the winter position. My Mom's 1998 GS300 does the same thing.

    many brands have this, but often it's an electronic feature using the wiper motors and activated through a menu system.

    Seriously? They couldn't have an extra spot on the wiper on/off switch for this to occur electronically?

    On this day and age on a Lexus, to have to adjust manually from outside the car is ridiculous.

    I can't speak for wind noise but I doubt the wipers so drastically effect the aerodynamics that its worth the trouble of moving them from summer to winter position especially manually.

    Of course I live in the Midwest so we have actual weather to deal with.
