2001 Lexus GS 300. Disconnected the battery hoping to reset computer, now it won't start.

  By won't start do you mean it won't turn over or doesn't seem to fire up? What were you trying to accomplish by disconnectting battery (hopefully no codes got erased that would have been helpful) ?
