I Have A 2002 PT Cruiser, Problem With The AC

My pt cruis ac was running perfectly until i had valet parking at the hospital and when i gave them the car the a/c was working. When they brought my car back, the a/c did not work. Itdoesn't do anything when i turn the switch, no heat either. Any ideas?

    I know nothing about the HVAC controls on the Cruiser, but on my vehicles the A/C /heat won't work unless fan is on, and the fan control (which turns 1,2,3 ETC) is also an off/on switch which works with a push
