    Unfortunately the U.S. would rather have men, women and children die than take a 'freedom' away. So this will never happen.

    So we should put interlocks on all cars? don't think so. What about the issues of senior drivers? or distracted drivers they kill more people than drunk drivers do so why not address these issues

    I am more alarmed at the 15% that got away.

    I think this "study" must have been bankrolled by an interlock manufacturer. I know someone who had a DUI and had to use an interlock - amusingly primitive tech, easily dodged if someone dares to think.

    Only the most vile and cynical type who takes 1984 as a societal guide would support this for all cars.
