Mazda will kick off U.S. sales of the 2016 Mazda MX-5 Miata with online pre-orders of a special Launch Edition of 1,000 cars starting at 9 a.m. PDT on May 5.

    Mazda latest cars design has been quite interesting, attractive, dynamic... but in the new entire lineup they forgot the zoom?! Mazdaspeed6? Mazdaspeed3? and now MX-5, I'm OK with it as a base model but you've got to come up with a performance model, just like Subaru needs a BRZ Sti (which explains why I chose the WRX coming from an Integra. The only cars I considered buying were the GTI or the WRX, sorry Honda you got nothing for me.).
    I'm done with aftermarket parts, it's expensive, waives the warranty, requires special tuning/attention/maintenance... So Mazda, when do you hand the enthusiasts what they wanted all along?
